IRISH CASING COMPANY was established in 1972 by Claus Jurgen Kersting, proprietor of MARTH naturdame, a German casing company established in 1946.
In addition to selecting beef, sheep and pork casings, Irish Casing Company, in the mid 1980’s, expanded it’s operation into producing offal and meat products for human consumption.
