ISPCA.ie
Client Name: ISPCA.ie Year: 2008
About the Company:
For nearly sixty years the Irish Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ISPCA) has worked locally and nationally rescuing, rehabilitating and rehoming animals. The ISPCA has continued to develop its facilities and staff functions in order to fulfil its core function, the rescue, rehabilitation and responsible rehoming of cruelly treated and neglected animals.
Clients Objective:
To create a new site that allowed more visability to all areas and departments within the ispca. The client needed an online donation payment system and a shopping cart that is easily updated by themselves to create revenue to fund the charity. The site is fully updateable by the client in all areas of the site. The charity is also responsible for rehoming animals and needed a system for people to post their lost or found pets and a section to rehome animals that are in their centres. This required customised programming with an inbuilt system that reminds people to repost their request. It is easy for people to search for animals across different search paramenters within each section.
Successful Outcome:
The client updates their site regularly keeping the content fresh and notifying people of any news or events. They also manage their rehoming and lost and found sections successully. We continue to improve on their online marketing and search engine strategy on an ongoing basis.
